DESCRIPTION:The Port Community Meeting is a bi-weekly operational meeting attended by members drawn from Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) and Business Membership Associations (BMOs) who discuss matters Port operations giving a way forward for appropriate action by responsible parties. The meeting is currently Chaired by the Managing Director of Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) and supported by a secretariat team drawn from the Stakeholder Management Unit (SMU) in the Marketing & Customer Experience Division.
